From what I’ve heard, Venezuela used to be pretty wealthy - they have oil, and are rich in minerals and lithium. But, after Socialism ensued, they are seriously hurting. Hopefully most of the older people realize this stuff…
Militia volunteers are more interested in getting 3 meals each day than they are actually fighting anyone.
