This is great. Those teens however should not be allowed to live in their parents' home. Also, any crimes commited after the parents have been held accountable should make the teens to be tried as an adult.
Needs to stop. Kids get hyped up and people die. Yes parents need to be responsible.

If 2 in the household, then 1 has issues, and child abuse.
Can still guide a child if separated.
This is great to address the parents.
May very well saves the futures of many children, if not too late.
